Note: parking in Kotor requires the same bay-side lots as any other car. The advantage here is road comfort, not city maneuverability.

Yes, with no exceptions. We do not cap kilometres for any rental period, short or long. Drive the coast, go north to Durmitor, cross to Dubrovnik and back — the mileage is included in every rate.
