The Peugeot 301 is the most versatile car in our fleet for the classic Montenegro circuit: Tivat or Podgorica airport → Kotor → Budva → Lake Skadar → Lovćen → back. With 5 seats and a decent boot, it handles real luggage for a 7-day trip without compromise.
The balance between highway comfort (Podgorica to the coast, 1h 15min) and mountain road capability (Lovćen's 25 hairpins, the Vrmac tunnel approach) makes it the top choice for mixed itineraries. It is not an off-road vehicle — for unpaved tracks, consider our SUV — but all paved roads in Montenegro are fine.
Fuel consumption runs around 6–7 L/100 km in mixed driving. You will spend roughly €40–50 in fuel for a full week covering the main routes from the coast to the mountains.
For strict budget travel with minimal luggage, an economy car saves money. For rough off-road tracks or groups of 5+ with full luggage, consider our SUV or 7-seater.
Yes — this is one of our most common bookings. Fly into Tivat, explore the coast and mountains, then return the car at Podgorica when you fly out. Or the reverse. A one-way drop fee applies; contact us with your itinerary for an exact quote.
Yes, with no exceptions. We do not cap kilometres for any rental period, short or long. Drive the coast, go north to Durmitor, cross to Dubrovnik and back — the mileage is included in every rate.
A valid driving licence (held for at least 2 years), a passport or national ID, and a credit or debit card for the deposit. An International Driving Permit is not required for EU and most other licence holders — contact us if you are unsure about your country.
